Hello friends & welcome! I’m excited to share with you today some decorating inspiration for thrifted, vintage, and antique home décor for Valentine’s Day!

We begin, as usual, by collecting any home décor on hand that will fit the vintage/antique cottage style for Valentine’s Day. Most of what you see here has been collected over the last few years from trips to the thrift shop. This is my favorite kind of treasure hunting!

Oval frames always catch my eye and the delicate floral details, domed glass, and Victorian needlepoint were no exception. This piece of art was a recent find at a tiny antique store for $7. I’m excited to see how it will look mixed in with the other décor items.

All the dried roses in this antique splint oak harvest basket were from bouquets Matt has given me over the years. He is the romantic type & I’m so grateful for this gorgeous collection of sweet memories!

The bright, copper kettle was a gift from a dear friend many years ago & it finds itself a part of many décor themes.

While we’re decorating for Valentine’s Day let’s take the extra décor that didn’t fit on the hutch & create a lovely centerpiece for the dining room table.

Simple, yet very romantic, this table setting is calling for a fancy dinner by candlelight with someone special.

Thank you for joining me today as we decorated for Valentine’s Day. I hope you enjoyed your visit & found some inspiration for decorating & celebrating in your own home!

Until next time, take care,

Rachel
